5 Stages — From Brief to Placement
Step 01
Requirement Discussion

We start with a detailed conversation about your factory's needs — roles, skill levels, volumes, timelines, and specific technical requirements. Nothing is assumed.

Step 02
Technical Screening

Candidates undergo technical interviews conducted by our team. We assess trade knowledge, industries experience, and practical competence — not just what's on a CV.

Step 03
Skill Grading

Each candidate receives a definitive skill grade (1-3) ranging from apprentice to semi-skilled and fully skilled which is based on their experience, trade test results, and interview performance. You see this grade before you even look at their CV, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Step 04
Shortlist & Presentation

You receive a shortlist of verified, graded candidates with full profiles. Only workers who meet your exact specification are presented — no padding, no guesswork.

Step 05
Visa & Immigration Coordination

For international candidates, we coordinate with our overseas immigration compliance partners. The employer handles sponsorship — we support and manage the process end to end.

Step 06
Placement Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and capability of the candidates we present. If a placed candidate does not perform according to the skills and experience stated in their CV or does not meet the requirements of the agreed position during the first 90 days of employment (probation period), we will provide a suitable replacement candidate at no additional recruitment or consultancy fee.
